Today I slept super late. Like embarrassingly late. Here is what I ate:

Brunch: Scrambled tofu, that I made with tofu, cumin, turmeric, olives, salt and pepper. Ezekiel bread toast with apple butter.

Snack: Iced Soy Mocha (no whip) and cookie at Peets. Oops.

Dinner: Potato Leek Soup from Sarah Kramer’s La Dolce Vegan book, lowfat and awesome. 2 slices sourdough bread toasted in oven with garlic and herbs. Romaine and cucumber salad, no dressing.

Snack: Soy bologna sandwich with tofutti cheese.

Not a stellar day, but no diet coke, no animal products. So yay! Also, not to be gross, but I don’t have digestive problems when I eat my own cooking, which is a big plus.
