Raw food and I have a rocky relationship. I like some of it a lot. I cannot eat it exclusively, or I feel crazy. (Some people do great with it, this is just my personal opinion.) So now I am trying to increase my intake of raw veggies/fruits. Tonight I felt like making a raw dinner. I made a raw tomato soup, and a nut herb pate with cucumbers. Both recipes were delish, but they were so rich that I feel a little queasy now. I’m going to keep experimenting with some lighter, veggie-based recipes for Saturday. Stay tuned for my successes and disasters!

I worked out twice this week, which is twice more that last week. Progress.
