Here is a current picture from my husband’s birthday dinner. It’s kind of shocking to look at a picture of myself, because I never feel as big as I look.

But today was a good start. I mostly use the Eat Clean Diet books by Tosca Reno, and that dovetails nicely with the Weight Watchers “Filling Foods” plan.

Tomorrow I start taking medicine for hypothyroidism. I am hopeful that it will make my journey to good health a little easier.
