I can’t believe that a week went by SO quickly. Not a great food week. Not binge-y, happily, but not enough veggies and water and good stuff. And we went out to dinner the night before weigh in. So not surprised that I am temporarily up two pounds, up to 377 today. I am setting a goal of three pounds for myself before next Sunday.
But here’s the great part. I exercised 4 times this week. Saturday I went to a beginners hula hoop workshop with two friends. Two hours of exercise that was a blast!

Great job on the exercise! I can not for the life of me use a hula hoop. One thing I do to get enough water is drink 2 cups before each meal and then some after. I really do need to stop drinking it so close to bed though.
Sorry to hear about your gain. Helps when you know where it comes from though, huh? Keep focused and I am sure you will meet your goal.

Oh my gosh, I can’t do hula hoop at all anymore!! Could you do it? Good for you for exercising! I know the dieting part is really important, but exercise is what will keep us where we want to be for life.
I can do some things with the hula hoop. I can not keep it going around my waist very long, but I can do some fun hand tricks with mini hoops. And it’s good exercise to keep working on the waist hooping. I think I am just not strong enough yet.
